Accessibility
- All levels of the Pier 21 facility are accessible by wheelchair.
- A wheelchair is available upon request, free of charge. Please call in advance if you wish to secure the wheelchair, otherwise it is given out on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- 4 listening stations are reserved in the Oceans of Hope movie theatre for persons in wheelchairs.
- Subtitles are provided for the multimedia presentation Oceans of Hope. Please notify a staff member if you require the subtitles to be turned on.
- Diaper-changing facilities are located on the museum level.
- Guide dogs are welcome.
