Shipping: Shipping costs will be determined based on individual orders. You will be contacted with shipping cost details before your order is processed.
We will also contact you with an estimated shipping time. Please contact us within 3 business days of the expected delivery date if an item is not delivered. For damaged items, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Refund/replacement for lost or damaged items is at the discretion of Pier 21 Gift Shop.

Return Policy
Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, any regular priced item purchased in the Pier 21 Gift Shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase, with original receipt and in resaleable condition (see below for details). All refunds will be processed with the same form of payment used for purchase.
Items must meet the following criteria to be deemed in resaleable condition:
- Items must not be used/worn/damaged.
- Items must be in original packaging with all applicable warranty cards/certificates.
- Items with expiry dates must be returned for refund before the expiry date on packaging.
- Items such as fine jewelry may be sent for authentication before a refund is issued.
Some exceptions apply:
- Discounted items and personal items (ex. earrings) are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a shipped item is to be returned for refund the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Damage to any shipped items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt to giftshop@pier21.ca.
